If you’ve already been clicking around our site, you know that Phil’s Fresh Foods is dedicated to providing you with the best-tasting made from scratch foods available. We also pride ourselves in using organic and natural ingredients. But there is another pledge that we’ve made at Phil’s Fresh Foods and that is to respect our environment.

Since the company’s inception, Phil’s Fresh Foods has maintained a strong environmental commitment within the Boulder, Colorado community. The company has maintained a strongly successful composting program, hard to recycle materials recycling, mixed paper and commingled recycling, 100% wind power energy offset credits, attention to freight sourcing miles, and eco-friendly packaging alternatives within their vendor relationships. Phil’s is constantly seeking out lower freight mile sourcing tactics and currently buys a number of its raw materials from local vendors including, rice, beans, potatoes, meats and tortillas.
