You may notice a continued reference to “Made from Scratch” throughout our website, products, and marketing materials.
For me, made from scratch is not just a marketing ploy, it’s a way of life. My life passion is made from scratch cooking, and
my home kitchen reflects that. I savor every ingredient – from a whole peppercorn, to a roasted chicken bone used for stock,
to an onion scrap going into my home garden compost bin. At Phil’s Fresh Foods, my goal is to bring that same attention to
detail in made from scratch cooking found in my home, to my food products that are available throughout the U.S. Whether
it’s the spicy creole tapenade found on our Spicy Italian Sandwich, the in house herb roasted potatoes found in our Skillet
Style Breakfast Burritos, the slowly braised Pork Green Chile stew found in our traditional New Mexican Style Pork Green
Chile Burrito, or the slowly caramelized onions found in our Smoked Gouda & Caramalized Onion dip, Phil’s Fresh Foods
goal is to maintain the same detailed focus on made from scratch cooking that I pour into every meal made at my home in Boulder.
