In 2001, I founded Phil’s Fresh Foods
and made my very first burritos on an old gas stove in my 1906
cabin in Eldorado Springs, Colorado. Today, the company has a mission of bringing the best tasting,
ready-to-eat natural and organic products to market. Our goal is to bridge the gap between food manufacturing
and high quality, made from scratch, food artisanship. My life passion is food. Welcome to my kitchen!
